Class 1 Night Driver

HGV C+E, Class 1 Trunking Night Driver – OX26 (Temp to Perm)

We are looking for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for an exciting new opportunity on behalf of our established food distribution client based in Bicester, OX26!

Salary

PAYE

HGV Class 2 Driver- £20 per hour.

Umbrella*

HGV Class 2 Driver- £24.90 per hour.

*Must be registered through one of our approved Umbrella companies.

All hours are paid at a Flat Rate.

All PAYE ensures holiday is accrued on the side!

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work with an established food distribution client based in Bicester! Your role as a Class 1 Night Driver would be transporting chilled and frozen foods to RDC's on a Trunk run basis! This role involves no manual handling.

Start times vary as they are a 24/7 operation, with start times usually raging between 16:00 to 21:00, including weekend shifts.

Requirements

\n
• UK HGV C+E (Class 1) Drivers License held for a minimum of 1+ years.
\n
• In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
\n
• Reliability and a positive work ethic.
\n
• Ability to deliver safely and in a timely manner.
\n
• Induction/Assessment required prior to your first assignment.
\n

About the Candidate

The ideal HGV C Driver needs to be flexible around days and start times, and have an in-depth knowledge of the WTD and Driver Regulations. Drivers need to always be presentable and approachable when representing the company!
