Job Description
MMP Consultancy is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure all properties and operations meet statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across its social housing portfolio.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nManage statutory compliance programmes including:
\n- \n
- Gas Safety \n
- Electrical Safety \n
- Fire Safety \n
- Legionella \n
- Asbestos Management \n
- Lift & Equipment Safety \n
- Ensure servicing, inspections, and remedial works are completed on time. \n
- Monitor legislative changes and maintain compliance with housing and health & safety regulations. \n
- Manage compliance risks, records, KPIs, and reporting. \n
- Oversee external contractors and service delivery performance. \n
- Work closely with housing, repairs, and asset management teams. \n
- Provide compliance guidance to senior stakeholders. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Experience in compliance, asset management, or health & safety within social housing or property. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and safety standards. \n
- Experience managing statutory compliance areas (gas, fire, electrical, Legionella, asbestos). \n
- Strong organisational, reporting, and contractor management skills. \n
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualification preferred. \n
