Dolphin Homes is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a supported living service in Bosham Hoe, Chichester , helping individuals with autism and learning disabilities live independently in their own self-contained flats.This is a role where your experience, leadership, and compassion will be felt every single day by the people you support and the team you help to guide.What Will You Be Doing? As a Senior Support Worker at Dolphin Homes in Chichester, you will combine hands-on support with a key leadership role within the team. You will help individuals live life on their own terms, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting individuals in their own self-contained flats to live as independently as possiblePromoting choice, dignity, and person-centred care at all timesDeveloping life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and social engagementSupporting with daily routines, including personal care where requiredLeading by example and mentoring other team membersAssisting with care planning, risk assessments, and daily coordinationActing as the key link between the care team and management to ensure the highest quality of supportAnd the activities are genuinely something special:Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!Why Dolphin Homes?
