Branch Sales ValuerTelfordEstate Agency - Residential Sales OpportunityBasic salary up to £32,000 negotiablePlus car allowance and uncapped bonus schemeRealistic OTE around £45,000Our client is a highly successful independent estate agents who are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team As a skilled Valuer you will be covering the Telford and surrounding areas listing properties to our clients extensive portfolio of residential propertiesAs a successful Branch Valuer you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate As Branch Valuer you will also need to display determination, self-motivation and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging and fast paced environmentExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at all levels are also essentialAs Branch Valuer you will be responsible for:Generating valuations and new business opportunitiesSuccessfully carry out residential property valuationsConducting sales pitches to prospective vendorsMaintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolioBuilding and maintaining relationships with new and existing clientsSelling referrals for Financial Services and ConveyancingEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation at all timesAdhere to Company Best Practices and Company Brand StandardsPromote features and benefits of the companys service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength and customer service programmeAs a successful Valuer you will need:Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Residential Valuer/ListerExcellent conversion rates with a proven track record in winning new businessStrong relationship building and communication skillsStrong history of securing individual and team targetsAbility to work on own initiative to secure company objectivesFull UK driving licence and carKnowledge of the local area would be desirableOur client offers an excellent basic salary, uncapped bonus scheme and company car allowance along with opportunities for career progressionPLEASE NOTE ONLY candidates with experience of valuing and listing properties within residential estate agency will be considered for the roleIn the first instance, in confidence, forward your CV or contact us direct, Anita or Jodie, at Career Studio up until 6pm including weekendsTPBN1_UKTJ
