Dolphin Homes is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at our Supported Living service in Heene, Worthing , supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and mild learning disabilities.Two opportunities are available:1 x Sunday sleep-in shift 10pm to 8am (awake 7am to 8am)Bank contract flexible shifts to suit your availabilityWhether you are looking for a regular weekly commitment or flexible bank work, we would love to hear from you.What Will You Be Doing? As a Support Worker at our Worthing service, no two days are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing personal care and supporting daily routinesSupporting individuals with mental health needs with patience and understandingAssisting with dietary plans and meal preparationTeaching life skills to promote independenceSupporting individuals within the local Worthing communityAccompanying service users on activities and outingsAnd the activities are genuinely something special:Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!Why Dolphin Homes?
