As a Support Worker at our Worthing service, no two days are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing personal care and supporting daily routinesSupporting individuals with mental health needs with patience and understandingAssisting with dietary plans and meal preparationTeaching life skills to promote independenceSupporting individuals within the local Worthing communityAccompanying service users on activities and outingsAnd the activities are genuinely something special:Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!Why Dolphin Homes?
