Supplier Onboarding & Risk AnalystStevenage | Hybrid (3 days onsite to start) £27.38 per hour Umbrella | Inside IR35 37-hour working weekJoin a leading UK defence organisationWe're recruiting for a Supplier Onboarding & Risk Analyst to join a high-performing Procurement Excellence team supporting a globally recognised defence organisation.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in supplier onboarding, vendor due diligence, procurement operations, supplier governance, compliance, risk management or third-party/vendor management.Working closely with Procurement, Compliance and Finance teams, you'll play a key role in assessing suppliers, managing onboarding activities, maintaining supplier data and supporting risk and compliance processes across an international supplier network.Key Responsibilities Conduct supplier and vendor due diligence checks using third-party risk toolsReview supplier information and recommend onboarding decisionsSupport end-to-end supplier onboarding activitiesMaintain accurate supplier master data and recordsLiaise with Procurement, Compliance, Finance and business stakeholdersProduce KPI reports, dashboards and management informationSupport supplier governance and risk management activitiesAssist with continuous improvement of onboarding processesSkills & Experience Experience in supplier onboarding, vendor onboarding or supplier governanceKnowledge of KYC, supplier due diligence or compliance processesExperience managing supplier or vendor dataStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsHigh attention to detail and analytical mindsetAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyDesirable Experience Procurement or supply chain environmentThird-party risk management (TPRM)Defence, aerospace or regulated industry experienceIvaluaSAPISO 9001 knowledgeISO 37001 knowledgeWhat's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £27.38 UmbrellaHybrid working arrangementOpportunity to support a major UK defence programmeModern Stevenage headquarters with onsite facilities and excellent transport linksWhat happens now?
