SALES NEGOTIATOREstate AgentsUttoxeterBasic salary £26,000 negotiableUncapped bonus scheme with OTE £30,000 plusOur client is a very successful independent estate agents who are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their very busy sales teamWe are looking for a Sales Negotiator who has drive, motivation, a go getter attitude and a real passion for property who can contribute towards branch achievementsThis role will be predominantly office based with the occasional need to cover a viewing in the absence of the accompanied viewers for all property viewingsMain duties will include;Answering incoming enquiries and queries from vendors and purchasersArranging viewings for company valuers and conducting follow up calls to potential vendors to secure the listingLiaising with vendors and potential purchasers to secure a saleUp selling other services including mortgage appointments and solicitorsEnsuring all parties are kept up to date through the whole sales processWorking effectively with your own property portfolio to sellDriving up market share through providing high quality customer serviceEssential requirements;12 months residential sales negotiating experienceStrong communication skills with ability to build rapport quicklyAmbitious and with a drive to meet individual and team targetsWell organised, thorough and able to prioritise day to day dutiesWorking effectively to deadlines in a fast paced environmentFully IT literateDriving license essentialIn the first instance forward full CV to Career StudioTPBN1_UKTJ
