\n The Opportunity

\n Joining an experienced Property Litigation team, you will gain exposure to a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support and training from experienced practitioners. The role offers excellent opportunities for development and long-term career progression.

\n Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes
\n
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Supporting on possession claims and lease disputes
\n
• Assisting with boundary disputes, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants
\n
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
\n
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Supporting senior members of the team on complex matters
\n

• About You

• Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly

• A strong interest in Property Litigation
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
