The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings
\n
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements
\n
• Supporting private equity and venture capital transactions
\n
• Advising on corporate governance and compliance matters
\n
• Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions
\n
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
\n

• Qualified Solicitor with corporate law experience
