Contracts Manager – Shopfitting / Fit Out Location: Gloucester Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Type: Permanent We are working with an established shopfitting and fit out contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will have a strong shopfitting / fit out background and be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience delivering bank fit outs and financial-sector projects would be highly desirable. Key responsibilities: * Managing multiple shopfitting and fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. * Overseeing project programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site teams. * Managing client relationships and attending project meetings. * Coordinating site managers, subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitoring project progress, quality, health & safety and commercial performance. * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standard. * Dealing with variations, valuations and project documentation. * Supporting the pre-construction and estimating teams where required. About you: * Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within shopfitting, retail or commercial fit out. * Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time. * Experience working on bank / financial-sector fit outs is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of construction programmes, subcontractor management and client liaison. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Comfortable travelling to sites when required.
