Location: Manchester

Salary:£40-45,000

We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Senior Architectural Technician to join their Manchester team. The practice works across mixed-use, retail, healthcare and leisure projects and allows the successful candidate to work across a broad range of sectors. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, working on fast-paced, high-volume schemes with real responsibility and client exposure.

Daily Duties

\n
• Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
\n
• Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6
\n
• Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket client
\n
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
\n
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Attending client and site meetings where required
\n
• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
\n

Ideal Candidate

\n
• Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experience
\n
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
\n
• Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing
\n
• Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous
\n
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes
\n
• Able to manage workload across multiple projects
\n
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
\n
