A successful and long-established business that offers preparation, pre-treatment and electrostatic powder coating of steel, aluminium and galvanised products is looking for a Powder Coating Factory Operative.\n
\n They are based in Chatham, Kent and offer a quality service to a wide range of customers across the South East, London, Kent, Essex and Sussex as well as global trade.\n
Responsibilities as Power Coating Factory Operative\n
\n

\n
• Prepping products ready for coating.
\n
• Assisting the sprayer.
\n
• Hand blasting
\n
• Quality checking of finisheditems.
\n
• Packing of coated parts for transport.
\n

What were looking for in a Powder Coating Factory Operative\n
\n

• The ability to read internal paperwork.
\n
• Must be reliable and hard working.
\n

In return, you will receive a salary of £13.07 per hour (£25,000 per annum). You will be entitled to23 days' annual leave per year, in addition to the recognised bank holidays. Please note that the company closes over the Christmas period. You will therefore be required to reserve approximately3 to 4 days of your annual leaveto cover the Christmas shutdown.\n
\n Working hours are Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00, with overtime regularly available.\n
