Lift Engineer - Service -

A leading independent lift engineering company is looking to appoint an experienced and fully qualified Lift Service Engineer to manage a prestigious route across Central Westminster.

Working across a varied portfolio of sites, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of lift equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with industry regulations.

This role would suit a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault finding, building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of their route.

• Carrying out routine servicing and preventative maintenance activities

• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs on a range of lift equipment
\n
• Responding to breakdowns and restoring equipment to service
\n
• Recording all work electronically and maintaining accurate service records
\n
• Conducting equipment inspections and condition assessments
\n
• Ensuring work is completed to current industry and safety standards
\n
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
\n
• Supporting lift modernisation and equipment upgrade projects where required
\n
• Optional participation in the out-of-hours call-out rota
\n

• Fully qualified Lift Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
\n
• Proven background in lift servicing, maintenance and repairs
\n
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
\n
• Good understanding of current lift legislation and industry standards
\n
• Professional approach with excellent communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
