I am recruiting an engaging and proactive Learning Lead to drive learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

\n
    \n
  • Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes covering leadership, management, personal development, coaching and mentoring.
  • \n
  • Facilitate engaging inductions and mandatory learning disability and autism training.
  • \n
  • Create high-quality learning materials for colleagues at all levels.
  • \n
  • Deliver training through face-to-face, virtual and blended learning methods.
  • \n
\n

Leadership Development

\n
    \n
  • Develop and lead management and leadership development initiatives.
  • \n
  • Support coaching networks and promote best practice.
  • \n
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues throughout their career journey.
  • \n
\n

Compliance & Mandatory Training

\n
    \n
  • Monitor mandatory training compliance and maintain accurate records.
  • \n
  • Review and update learning content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • \n
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage training requirements.
  • \n
\n

Talent & Performance Development

\n
    \n
  • Support performance and development review processes.
  • \n
  • Deliver coaching, mentoring and psychometric feedback where appropriate.
  • \n
  • Contribute to talent development programmes and career progression initiatives.
  • \n
\n

Evaluation & Stakeholder Engagement

\n
    \n
  • Analyse learning data, attendance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues and external providers.
  • \n
  • Promote learning opportunities across the organisation.
  • \n
  • Support reporting, budget monitoring and supplier management activities.
  • \n
\n

Digital Learning & Innovation

\n
    \n
  • Develop digital learning content and online resources.
  • \n
  • Support the expansion of blended and e-learning solutions.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to modernise learning processes and improve engagement.
  • \n
\n

Essential Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, Leadership, Coaching or Organisational Development.
  • \n
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful learning programmes.
  • \n
  • Skilled facilitator with knowledge of different learning styles.
  • \n
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and implementing development solutions.
  • \n
  • Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams.
  • \n
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

\n
    \n
  • CIPD, CMI or similar professional membership.
  • \n
  • Qualification in digital learning design.
  • \n
  • Psychometric accreditation (e.g. Insights Discovery, MBTI).
  • \n
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile).
  • \n
  • Experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate, Captivate or Camtasia.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • \n

First stage interviews will take place on the 8th & 11th September with final stage interviews taking place on 29th September so you must be available on both of these days.
