Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on product and operational costs
\n
• Prepare standard costing models and detailed variance analysis
\n
• Partner with production and operational teams to improve cost control and efficiency
\n
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
\n
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver actionable commercial insights
\n
• Drive continuous improvement of costing processes and systems
\n
• Assist with month-end reporting, including inventory valuations
\n

About you:

• Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience (CIMA, ACCA, ACA desirable)
\n
• Previous experience in a Cost Accountant or similar finance role
\n
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
\n
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
\n
• Proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement
