They are located at Cambridge's innovation hub, where they deliver strategic programmes, high-profile events and foster international partnerships. They are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become a central member of their team.

Day-to-day of the role:

    \n
  • Provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, managing complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing papers and managing logistics.
  • \n
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • \n
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining office facilities, equipment and supplies.
  • \n
  • Support organisational planning and administrative projects, including onboarding and induction for new staff.
  • \n
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of meetings, events and visiting delegations, working collaboratively across the team to support organisational priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or senior administrative role.
  • \n
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM and digital administrative systems.
  • \n
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • \n
