\nTime Recruitment, a preferred recruitment partner, is delighted to be recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing Residential Property Management company based in Alderley Edge.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused administrator to join a busy and supportive team. Working within the Residential Property Management department, you will provide essential administrative support to Property Managers while acting as a key point of contact for residents, leaseholders, contractors, and clients.
\nThe Role
\nAs an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing records and systems, supporting compliance processes, and delivering outstanding customer service.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Acting as the first point of contact for resident, leaseholder, contractor, and client enquiries via telephone and email. \n
- Raising work orders for repairs and maintenance and monitoring progress through to completion. \n
- Updating and maintaining work-in-progress trackers and internal databases. \n
- Coordinating contractor appointments and ensuring effective communication between all parties. \n
- Maintaining accurate property, resident, and contractor records. \n
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of resident communications, notices, and mail merges. \n
- Supporting compliance administration, including filing certificates, reports, and statutory documentation. \n
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring all enquiries are responded to or allocated appropriately. \n
- Providing diary management and administrative support to Property Managers. \n
- Managing property key safes and maintaining accurate key sign-in/sign-out records. \n
- Assisting with contractor onboarding, including issuing PQP forms, liaising with Health & Safety teams, and ensuring contractors are correctly set up on Qube. \n
- Ordering office stationery and supporting general office administration duties. \n
About You
\nThe ideal candidate will be a confident administrator with excellent organisational skills and a strong customer-service ethos.
\nYou will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Strong customer service experience and the ability to build positive working relationships. \n
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. \n
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. \n
- Experience coordinating appointments and supporting diary management. \n
- A proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach. \n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. \n
- Previous administration experience within property, facilities management, or a similar office-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential. \n
