Finance Manager

A great opportunity has become available to work for a market leading organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis due to company growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role as duties will include:

• Managing, mentoring and motivating a team
\n
• Month end management accounts
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Process/systems improvements and automations
\n
• Financial reporting
\n
• Month end and year end close
\n
• Audit preparation
\n
• VAT and compliance
\n
• Other ad hoc duties as required
\n

Keys skills and attributes:

\n
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
\n
• Qualified or qualified by experience
\n
• Experience of managing a team
\n
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
\n
• Accounts preparation, analysis, reporting and business partnering experience
\n
• Strong IT skills including advanced level Excel
\n

Additional information:

• Full-time hours across 5 days per week
\n
• Office based 3-4 days per week minimum
\n
• Close to main public transport links
\n
