What You'll Do:

    Coordinate operator hires across your region

  • \n

    Complete compliance checks including tickets, right-to-work, and medicals

    • \n
  • \n

    Manage Rail Resource

    • \n
  • \n

    Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving

    • \n
  • \n

    Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check-ins

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing

    • \n

What You Bring:

    Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination

    Strong communication and organisational skills
