We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Assistants to provide temporary support for residents in a high-rise residential building while lift maintenance is being carried out.

This is a hands-on role, assisting residents with transporting personal belongings safely up and down stairwells within an 18-storey building.

Duties Include:

• Assisting residents with carrying shopping, pushchairs, small boxes and other personal belongings
\n
• Providing a helpful and professional service to residents
\n
• Working safely within communal areas and stairwells
\n
• Supporting residents on an ad hoc basis as requests arise throughout the day
\n

Requirements:

• Good level of physical fitness and stamina
\n
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused attitude
\n
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
\n
• Reliable and punctual
\n
• Available to work on an ad hoc temporary basis
\n

Working Hours:

\n
• 10:00am to 4:00pm
\n
• Ad hoc shifts available
\n

Pay:

\n
• £12.71 per hour
\n
• Weekly pay
\n
