The Company: Now operating nationally a well-renowned wealth management firm based in Wakefield are looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their adviser support team. With expertise across both private and corporate client advice this is an excellent career opportunity to study towards your R0 exams and ultimately progress into paraplanning and/or advisory work.

- Working Setup: Hybrid - 50:50 split between office and home-working \n
Package: £30-34k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits

The Role: A varied Client Support/Financial Services Administration role providing key administrative and front-of-house support to the wider team. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, professional and enjoys working as part of a busy, collaborative office environment. Key accountabilities include:

- Support nominated Advisers to ensure all new and existing clients receive their agreed level of service in a timely manner. \n
- Prepare Client Agreements, Key Features Documents/KIIDs, Client Acceptance, Data Capture and both provider and internal Application/new business paperwork for Suitability reports. \n
- Upload Suitability Reports to iO where the client is registered for the Portal and print and post the paperwork if not. \n
- Complete online trades/actions for new business, fund switches, withdrawals, income payments, ad hoc and/or ongoing fees, GIA to ISA, etc. where possible. \n
- Completing the ‘post implementation’ of all investment and pension related new business. \n
- Action letters of authority/appointment, obtain and collate plan information from product providers, passing this on to Adviser and/or Paraplanner as required. \n
- Deal with client changes of address, disengaging clients, deceased clients, clients making changes to personal details as well as clients who are non-responsive or have ‘gone away’. \n
- Deal with incoming post daily, ensuring documents are uploaded to iO in a timely manner where necessary. \n
- Update and maintain the accuracy of the data on iO via the completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. \n
- Completion of any departmental tracking and record keeping documents, for example, the New Business Sheet, to give the Client Support Manager an ‘at a glance’ overview of the team’s activity \n
The Person: You will hold admin support experience (Ideally 2+ years) processing new business across investments and pensions advice, ideally within an independent financial advice environment. This role will suit someone with:

- A working knowledge of the administration of all Financial Services products, including AIM IHT Mitigation schemes, Discounted Gift Trusts, Lifestyle Trusts and Pension Drawdown. \n
- Intelligent Office system experience \n
