Managing Associate ( Employment)

AJ Chambers is working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm in Central London that are seeking a Managing Associate to join it's Employment team.

The Role

You will advise employer and senior executive clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

\n
• Employment advisory work, including disciplinaries, grievances, contracts, policies and discrimination.
\n
• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
\n
• TUPE, restructures, redundancies and transactional support.
\n
• Trade union and collective employment issues.
\n
• Cross-border and international employment matters.
\n
• Senior executive advice and disputes.
\n

About You

\n
• 8+ year's PQE in employment law
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Commercial, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
\n
• Experience in business development and building client relationships
\n
• A collaborative team player with the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
\n
• Strong IT skills
\n
