We currently manage over 5,300 homes?representing?£1.1bn of assets under management, with ambitious plans to grow to £5bn+ through the launch of new funds and the expansion of existing portfolios.ThrivingInvestmentsisgrowingouraffordablehousing activity,includingbuildingnew partnershipsacross the sector.This role will involve providing high-quality administrative and project support to helpsupport that growth, workingclosely with colleaguesacross Thriving Investments, our parent organisation, Places for People, and withexternalstakeholders.More about your roleAs a Project Administrator,you'llprovide high-quality administrative and project support across a range of workstreams, stakeholders and partner organisations.You'llplay a key role in ensuring projects, meetings and governance activities run smoothly by coordinating diaries, managing meetinglogistics,maintainingactiontrackersand supporting the delivery of project priorities.Working closely with senior leaders, externalpartnersand internal teams,you'llprepare agendas and meeting papers, takeaccurateminutes, trackactionsand supporttimelydecision-making.You'llalso coordinate events,workshopsand face-to-face meetings, manage project documentationandsupport approval processes.In addition, you will help prepare briefings, reports and presentationsand help ensure there is clear communication on project progress and priorities across the housing associations involved and with internal senior stakeholders.The work on the project is varied and there will be opportunities for you to contribute to wider workstreams, includingon thepolicies and organisational design of theorganisation we are setting up.You'llcontinually look for opportunities to improve processes and maximise the use of Microsoft 365 toolsand AIto support collaboration and effective project delivery.Essential CriteriaProven experience providing administration, projectcoordinationor project support within a busy,complexand fast-paced organisation.Experience coordinating multiple meetings, actions, deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously.Experience preparing agendas, meeting packs,minutesand action trackers, with responsibility for monitoring follow-up actions.Experience supporting senior stakeholders, partners or leadership teams through effective administration and meeting coordination.Desirable CriteriaExperience working within the housing, property, realestateor wider built environment sector.Demonstrable experienceleveragingAI and emerging technologies to enhance business processes, drive efficiencies and support data-informed decision making .Please note: If we receive a high volume of applications, we reserve the right to shortlist candidates against the desirable criteria listed above.More about youYou'llbe an organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting projects,programmesor busy operational teams.You'llbe comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring actions are completed to agreed deadlines.You'llhave excellent attention to detail and be confident producing professional documentation,maintainingaccuraterecords and supporting meetings from planning through to follow-up.
