Your new companyHays are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide temporary, ongoing cover within a fast-paced professional environment. This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, supporting senior leadership with comprehensive administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, and confident, managing priorities in a dynamic setting. Immediate starting.This role is part-time, 22.4 hours per week and temporary.Your new roleKey Responsibilities

- Providing high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders \n
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements \n
- Acting as a key point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders professionally \n
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-up actions \n
- Managing correspondence, emails, and documentation with attention to detail \n
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials \n
- Supporting the coordination of internal meetings, events, and client engagements \n
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion \n
- Supporting wider administrative tasks as required to ensure business continuity \n
What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable providing support at senior level.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting senior leadership \n
- Strong diary management and organisational skills \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines \n
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach \n
- High level of discretion and professionalism \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \n
- Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment \n
- Familiarity with hybrid working models \n
- Ability to adapt quickly in a temporary/ongoing role \n
