Senior Management Accountant

Robert Half are recruiting a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis in Swindon. This role would suit a qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE with experience of working in a multisite/multi revenue or high growth/PE business.

The role

The Senior Management Accountant role is newly created as a result of planned growth and will be pivotal in supporting with improving monthly reporting and commercial decision making. The role will involve but not be limited to:

• Managing 1 Management Accountant.
\n
• Developing cost centres for multiple business sites.
\n
• Preparing management accounts with commentary for multiple business sites.
\n
• Financial analysis including variance analysis.
\n
• Budgeting and forecasting.
\n
• Business partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
\n
• On going process improvement and development.
\n

Profile

We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:

\n
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with business partnering capabilities: this role will partner with the SLT, business unit managers and the wider finance team.
\n
• Experience of working in a multisite/revenue business or practice background, with experience of preparing multiple sets of management accounts.
\n
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills with an eye for process improvement.
\n
• High performance mindset.
\n

Package

\n
• £55,000-£65,000 base salary.
\n
• 25 days leave + bank holidays.
\n
• Pension contribution.
\n
• Hybrid working after passing probation (2 days from home).
\n
