Implementation Support OfficerLowestoft, Suffolk£14.82 per hourFull Time | Monday to Friday9:00am – 17:00pm (Finish at 16:30pm on Fridays)Temporary Ongoing Assignment | Immediate Start An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help with the delivery of a large-scale operational improvement programme. This role suits someone organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation, accurate record-keeping and strong communication. You will play a key part in coordinating resources, supporting data processes and helping maintain efficient programme delivery.Key Responsibilities\n

- Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution. \n
- Review, record and maintain programme data using Outlook and Excel, escalating complex queries when required. \n
- Manage procurement and distribution of PPE and essential resources, maintaining accurate stock levels and supplier communication. \n
- Communicate effectively with managers, operational staff, customers and members of the public to resolve queries. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and records. \n
- Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders. \n
- Carry out practical and administrative tasks to support programme delivery. \n
- Ensure compliance with governance, GDPR, data protection and health & safety requirements. \n
- Promote organisational values and behaviours in all aspects of work. \n

- Strong administrative experience. \n
- Confident using IT systems for data entry, reporting and document management. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. \n
- Ability to adapt quickly and switch between varied tasks. \n
- Problem-solving skills and initiative in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments. \n
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements. \n
