The role

As a Private Client Solicitor in Aberdeen, you'll be involved in a wide range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills, powers of attorney and related documentation
\n
• Advising on estate planning and succession matters
\n
• Assisting with executry administration
\n
• Supporting trust creation, administration and winding-up matters
\n
• Advising on inheritance tax and related planning issues
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Supporting networking and business development initiatives
