  • \n
  • Handling sensitive client and transaction information with complete discretion
  • \n
  • Supporting billing, file opening/closing, and compliance processes
  • \n
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and polished manner at all times
  • \n
\n

What makes someone stand out for this role:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a legal or property environment, ideally residential conveyancing or new-build transactions
  • \n
  • Comfortable using case management systems and confident with high-volume, process-driven administration
  • \n
  • A naturally organised, detail-focused approach
  • \n
  • Confident and professional communication
  • \n
  • Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload independently, without needing constant direction
