Technical Buyer St John's Wood, London£37,000 - £40,000 + BenefitsOffice Based (Hybrid Working Available After Probation) Are you a Buyer with a technical, engineering or manufacturing background looking to join a global organisation offering international exposure, career development and long-term progression? We're recruiting for a Technical Buyer to join a well-established international procurement team based in London. Supporting manufacturing operations across multiple countries, you'll play a key role in sourcing engineering spare parts, equipment and assemblies from suppliers across Europe and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supplier negotiation, international sourcing and building long-term supplier relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.The Role\n

- Manage RFQs and source engineering components and spare parts \n
- Obtain, compare and negotiate supplier quotations \n
- Prepare costings, quotations and margin calculations \n
- Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships \n
- Source products from international suppliers across Europe and the Far East \n
- Develop and maintain supplier partnerships \n
- Work closely with engineering and internal stakeholders \n
- Produce reports and maintain procurement data \n
- Utilise SAP and ERP systems to manage procurement activities \n

- Engineering, Technical or Science-related qualification \n
- 2-5 years' buying or procurement experience within engineering, manufacturing or FMCG environments \n
- Experience purchasing technical products, equipment or spare parts \n
- Strong commercial awareness and supplier negotiation skills \n
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international procurement processes \n
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One \n
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills \n

- Salary of £37,000 - £40,000 \n
