You'll become a key member of the production team, helping to minimise downtime, maintain quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out machine set-ups and tool changes

• Diagnose and resolve machine faults and production issues
\n
• Raise maintenance requests and report equipment concerns
\n
• Complete routine quality and safety inspections
\n
• Conduct visual and functional product checks
\n
• Perform colour changes in accordance with operating procedures
\n
• Implement corrective actions to resolve quality concerns
\n
• Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
\n
• Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives
\n

About You We're keen to speak with candidates who have:\n

• A Level 2 qualification in Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance or a similar discipline
\n
• Experience working within a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability
\n
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
\n
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
