We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Key Worker to join a supported accommodation service in Westminster.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with adults who have experienced mental health challenges, substance misuse, and complex needs, including individuals transitioning from residential rehabilitation.Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with Monday to Friday working and no evening or weekend shifts.
The Role\nYou'll work across four supported accommodation sites in Westminster, providing person-centred support that helps residents build confidence, maintain their accommodation, and move towards greater independence.
Key Responsibilities\nDeliver one-to-one support and regular key work sessions Complete support plans, risk assessments, and reviews Promote recovery, wellbeing, and independent living Support residents to access healthcare, benefits, employment, training, and community services Work closely with mental health teams, probation, substance misuse services, and other partner agencies Maintain accurate records and contribute to positive outcomes for residents
About You\nExperience supporting adults with mental health, homelessness, substance misuse, or complex needs A person-centred and trauma-informed approach Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites Passionate about helping people achieve lasting positive change
