Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A law firm in Warrington is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor to take ownership of their own claimant caseload while also supporting on complex, high-value matters.

You’ll handle a broad range of clinical negligence files, working within a supportive team with strong exposure to multi-track work.

• Manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload
\n
• Advise on liability, causation and quantum
\n
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents
\n
• Instruct counsel and medical experts
\n
• Negotiate settlements and attend mediations
\n
• Support senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE)
\n
• Strong experience in claimant clinical negligence
\n
• Confident handling of litigated matters from start to finish
\n
• Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills
\n
• Advocacy experience is an advantage

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours)
