A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its market-leading property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal looking to develop their career within a prestigious practice, supporting high-value residential property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, overseas investors and private banks.

\n

The successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced fee earners on a broad range of prime and super-prime residential property matters, gaining exposure to complex transactions and excellent long-term career development.

The Residential Real Estate Paralegal role:

    \n
  • Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • \n
  • Drafting contracts, transfer deeds and reports on title
  • \n
  • Ordering and reviewing searches and title documents
  • \n
  • Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
  • \n
  • Supporting exchange and completion, including preparing completion statements
  • \n
  • Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
  • \n
  • Managing post-completion matters and Land Registry requisitions
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • \n

The successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal:

  • Previous residential conveyancing experience within a law firm
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • \n
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • \n
  • Confident managing competing deadlines in a busy team
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • \n
  • Experience with Elite, Filesite or similar systems would be advantageous
  • \n
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in residential property law
  • \n
