Location: Oxford Salary: £50,000 - £51,000 + Bonus Opportunities Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (No weekends, evenings or bank holidays) Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Paramedics – if you're looking to step away from front line clinical work while continuing to use your expertise to make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity. As a WCA Functional Assessor, you'll carry out structured assessments to understand how a person's health condition or disability affects their ability to work. Using your clinical knowledge and professional judgement, you'll produce detailed, evidence-based reports to support fair and impartial decisions.
