Depot Manager** **North West** We're looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Depot Manager to lead a fast-paced service operation in the North West. If you thrive on leading people, solving problems, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You'll have full responsibility for the depot, leading both workshop and field-based teams while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every single day. What You'll Be Doing * Leading, motivating and developing a team of workshop and field-based engineers * Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the depot * Planning workloads and ensuring a fast, efficient service for customers * Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth * Driving operational performance, service quality and customer satisfaction * Managing stock, resources and depot performance * Championing health & safety and compliance * Coaching and developing your team to achieve their best You'll also bring: * Experience managing engineers or technical service teams * Strong leadership and people management skills * A mechanical, engineering, industrial or service background * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Commercial awareness and a customer-first approach * The ability to perform under pressure and make decisions quickly Package: * Salary up to £40k - OTE £7k-£10k * Company car * 25 day annual leave plus bank holidays * Health and wellbeing benefits * Company pension If you're looking for your next leadership challenge and want to join a business where your experience will make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you
