\nWere recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Lifeguard to join a busy and well-established leisure centre in the Epping area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong lifeguarding experience who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.\n
\nThis is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends.\n
\nAs Senior Lifeguard, youll play an important role in supporting the lifeguard team, ensuring the highest standards of pool safety, and helping to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.\n
\n The role will include:\n
\n

\n
• Supporting and leading the lifeguard team on a day-to-day basis.
\n
• Maintaining excellent pool safety standards and completing regular checks.
\n
• Supporting the Duty Manager
\n
• Responding confidently to incidents and emergencies.
\n
• Providing a high level of customer service.
\n
• Supporting the smooth operation of the leisure centre.
\n
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
\n

Were looking for: \n

\n
• A valid NPLQ qualification.
\n
• Previous lifeguarding experience.
\n
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
\n
• A reliable and proactive approach to work.
\n
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and a varied shift pattern.
\n
