This is a permanent, site-based role working Monday to Friday, 07:0016:00, with overtime available.As an Operative you will need to perform a wide range of duties at the plant site to ensure that this key strategic location maintains its high profile of both a safe working and productive environment. You will be required to learn all aspects of the site, through to the safe operation of mobile plants and production.What will you bring?A highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm.Ability to work as part of a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation as required.We are looking for a highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a team.Excellent communication and team working skills.Good organisational skills.Ability to work to a deadline.Ability to do physical labourPrevious experience within a similar industry.Experience in the operation of mobile plant (Loading Shovel, Articulated Dump Truck) safely and efficiently carrying out daily safety checksWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
