\n As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:\n
\n
\n\n

- Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
\n - Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
\n - Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
\n - Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

- Level 3 childcare qualification
\n - Confident written and spoken English

- Experience in an Early Years setting
\n - Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
