Are you an Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) looking to join a respected regional firm with a strong client base and supportive culture?

A well-established Leeds firm is expanding its Employment team and is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Working closely with an experienced Head of Department, you'll advise both individuals and businesses on issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements and workplace disputes.

The Role

\n
• Manage a varied employment law caseload
\n
• Advise on claimant and respondent matters
\n
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
\n
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
\n
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in employment law
\n
• Employment Tribunal experience preferred
\n
• Strong technical, drafting and client care skills
\n
• Commercial, practical approach and team-focused mindset
\n
