Hours:

- Core hours between 10am and 5pm \n
- Usually 2 to 3 shifts per week \n
- Zero-hours contract with ad hoc shifts offered weekly \n
- Opportunity to work at neighbouring stations \n

Main Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Assisting passengers and providing excellent customer service \n
- Managing queues and passenger flow through the station \n
- Checking tickets and directing passengers to the correct platform/train \n
- Operating ticket gates safely \n
- Supporting customers who require assistance \n
- Reporting incidents and maintaining station safety \n
- Assisting with luggage onboard the train \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Good spoken and written English \n
- Previous customer service experience \n
- Ability to pass a DBS check \n
- Willingness to comply with drug and alcohol testing policies \n
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards \n
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods \n
