• Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams, providing meaningful financial insight, constructive challenge, and strategic support to drive business performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Deliver insightful reporting across pricing, margins, customer profitability, and product performance, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting for key commercial areas, helping shape business strategy through accurate planning and forward-looking analysis.

• Monitor financial performance against budget and prior year, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while recommending commercially focused actions.

• Lead the end-to-end pricing process, ensuring robust governance, accuracy, and visibility across all commercial activities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Buying, Operations, and IT to deliver annual pricing reviews, customer tenders, promotional planning, and commercial negotiations.

• Build trusted relationships across the business, becoming a valued finance partner and key contributor to commercial decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, reporting, and systems, helping the finance function evolve alongside the company's ambitious growth plans.
