We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing retail business for an eCommerce Executive to join their online trading team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving online sales, optimising website performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, enjoy analysing data and be comfortable taking the initiative to identify opportunities that improve online performance.

Working as part of the eCommerce team, you'll support the day-to-day management of the online trading function, ensuring products, promotions and website content are accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining online product listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
\n
• Supporting the planning and execution of online campaigns, promotions and seasonal trading events.
\n
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to help identify commercial opportunities.
\n
• Updating website banners, merchandising, product content and promotional messaging.
\n
• Analysing website performance, customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
\n
• Supporting the delivery of the wider online trading strategy through cross-functional projects.
\n
• Monitoring category performance and making recommendations to optimise sales.
\n
• Working closely with Buying and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing and stock levels are aligned.
\n
• Collaborating with Marketing to maximise traffic across all eCommerce channels, including email marketing, social media and affiliate campaigns.
\n
• Liaising with internal development and IT teams to identify website improvements, troubleshoot issues and enhance the customer journey.
\n

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Previous experience in an eCommerce, online trading or digital merchandising role.
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Experience working within an eCommerce or online retail environment.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales and website performance data.
\n
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and show initiative.
\n
• A resilient and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic personality.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding online customer experience.
