Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing valuable financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

• Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive business performance.
\n
• Oversee monthly management accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.
\n
• Support monthly project and performance review meetings.
\n
• Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
\n
• Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities across the business.
\n

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
\n
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience.
\n
• Strong Finance Business Partnering, forecasting and budgeting experience.
\n
