We're recruiting a Service Manager to lead a well-established Care at Home service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support across the community. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Service Manager, Registered Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager currently working within a homecare or domiciliary care setting and looking to advance their career.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
\n
• Lead and develop a team of care professionals.
\n
• Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Oversee personalised, outcome-focused care plans.
\n
• Manage quality assurance processes, audits, and service improvements.
\n
• Build effective relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
\n
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure a sustainable, high-performing service.
\n
• Support recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Essential:\n
  \n
  • SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  \n
  • Significant leadership experience within a Care at Home, Homecare, or Domiciliary Care service.
  \n
  • Strong knowledge of care regulations and quality standards.
  \n
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  \n
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  \n
  • PVG Membership or willingness to obtain.
  \n
\n
• Desirable:\n
  \n
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or Branch Manager.
  \n
  • Budget management experience.
  \n
  • Qualification in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
  \n
