If you’re a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist—whether you hold your CCC, are in your CFY year, or have strong experience in school-based settings—your skills and expertise are in high demand. This role serves elementary and Pre-K students and offers a blend of direct therapy and support for itinerant and extension classrooms. You’ll provide services across multiple sites, working with a diverse caseload, including students who are deaf and hard of hearing.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC or CFY status, with school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Eligible for state licensure and credentialing
- Familiarity with IEP systems used in schools, with willingness to learn new platforms
- Experience providing teletherapy or openness to hybrid models welcomed
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supervising SLPA, as needed
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary and Pre-K students in a variety of school settings
- Write and implement IEPs, conduct progress monitoring, and maintain thorough documentation
- Travel to multiple campus sites with mileage paid for itinerant services
- Support ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and allied staff
- Provide supervision for an SLPA as needed
- Participate in team meetings, with administrative time built into your schedule
- Receive training on district systems and protocols to ensure a smooth transition
This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and continues through May 21st, 2025, offering 37.5 hours per week.
