CNC Machinist

360X Staffing is hiring for CNC Machinists in Philadelphia, PA.

Pay: $35-39/hr + $150 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and automated production equipment used in the fabrication of steel and aluminum components. The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or shipbuilding environment and be committed to safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and automated equipment using blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
\n
• Operate machinery used for cutting, milling, burning, bending, forming, stamping, and robotic welding.
\n
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
\n
• Monitor machine performance and make routine operational adjustments.
\n
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment or quality issues.
\n
• Maintain production logs and work area housekeeping.
\n
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3–6 years of experience operating CNC or automated manufacturing equipment.
\n
• Experience with CNC machining, plasma or oxy-fuel cutting, milling, press brakes, robotic welding, or automated forming equipment.
\n
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
\n
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming, manufacturing processes, and welding.
\n
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Shipbuilding or heavy fabrication experience is preferred.
\n

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Hours: 50+/week
