Senior Process Technician (Injection Molding)

Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization seeking experienced Process Technicians to support injection molding operations and help bridge the gap between machine operators and engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, process improvement, and taking ownership of production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience identifying and resolving manufacturing process issues. This role involves monitoring production equipment, making process adjustments, supporting quality initiatives, assisting with equipment setups and changeovers, and collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and production teams. Individuals with injection molding experience are highly preferred, though candidates with transferable process manufacturing expertise and leadership potential will also be considered.
