Greencastle, PA $670-$1,400 / Weekly 2:45PM-Finish, 4:15PM-Finish | Monday-Friday (Every other Saturday) The harder you work, the more you can earn. You'll work on the dry dock of a busy grocery distribution center, helping move freight safely and efficiently to keep products flowing to grocery stores. What You'll Do Move freight throughout the dry grocery warehouse using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment Transport pallets from inbound and outbound dock areas to designated warehouse locations Assist with loading and unloading freight trailers Stage pallets for shipping and receiving operations Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Work closely with warehouse loaders, unloaders, and selectors to keep freight moving efficiently Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, freight handling, or material handling experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Team player with a safety-first mindset Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision Willingness to learn and grow within the company Physical Requirements Lift and carry 25-75 pounds throughout the shift Push and pull loaded pallets using manual pallet jacks Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day Work in a dry grocery warehouse environment around moving equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, and trailer traffic Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment About the Company Capstone Logistics operates more than 650 locations across North America and believes in promoting from within.
