Locums Hematology Oncology Physician in Murray, Kentucky - No Call, Long-Term Assignment

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care with no call and a long-term schedule offering at least three weeks of coverage per month.


Highlights


  • No call responsibilities
  • Long-term assignment
  • Approximately 15-18 patients per day
  • No bone marrow transplant or acute leukemia cases

Practice & Cases


  • Outpatient adult hematology and oncology
  • Approximately 40 percent hematology and 60 percent oncology with a consultative focus
  • One Nurse Practitioner and another locums physician provide clinical coverage
  • Onsite infusion center with 16 infusion chairs

Schedule


  • Minimum three weeks per month
  • Monday through Friday coverage available
  • Wednesday through Friday coverage is the highest priority
  • Daytime clinic schedule

Requirements


  • Must be an MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
  • Kentucky medical license required
  • BLS and DEA required

  • Rental car and mileage are provided
