Open roles for Cambridge, MA:

Child Care Assistant Teacher - Full-time and part-time positions available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at Technology Children's Center - MIT onsite Child Care managed by Bright Horizons. Part-time hours are closing shifts.

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
  • \n
  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
  • \n
  • Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
  • \n
\n

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
  • \n
  • 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
  • \n
  • CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
  • \n
  • Must pass required state and company background checks
  • \n
  • Ability to comply with all applicable immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements
  • \n
